Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

central location friendly staff efficient heater

The location is ideal. It is close to shops for essentials and major tourist spots. i found the staff friendly. They answered all my questions with patience. the heater in my room worked perfectly. This was important for my winter stay. the hotel provided a great experience.

the television was not equipped with smart tv capabilities.

small room stale croissants

the room i booked a standard room was quite small this was disappointing there was also an issue with the breakfast setup the croissants felt stale it seemed the options were limited i expected a bit more variety i also found that the staff wasnt particularly proactive in addressing the overflowing bin in the cafe it remained unemptied throughout my stay

smaller hotel friendly staff convenient location easy access

the hotel is smaller and more intimate. the staff showed genuine friendliness. i plan to return soon because of the convenient location on boylston street. i took the logan express from the airport and the prudential center was very close.

I found no specific place to put my suitcase. This meant i had to step over it to access the bed.

small room lack of space

the location was acceptable for exploring nearby attractions.

The queen cabin room was smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped. a larger mirror on the wall took up a lot of unnecessary space. the lack of adequate wardrobe space was also an issue. There was hardly any room to hang my clothes.

The location was acceptable, close to many restaurants and stores.

The room lacked natural light. It reminded me of nighttime. The shower had poor water pressure, so a proper shower was impossible. I think they should address these issues.

Excellent Location for City Exploration

convenient location public library subway station friendly staff

I found the location very convenient, right across from the Boston Public Library. The Copley subway station is also nearby. It connects to many places. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and croissant (very tasty!) in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly . I enjoyed having a restaurant and coffee shop downstairs.

The room was a bit small, there wasn't much space for luggage.
